Since I have no claims experience, I cannot comment on that aspect of Progressive. I have had communication issues that probably are due to a computer glich.

It has been a great experience setting up both My Wifes & I Auto policies & Homeowners policy. So far so good. I feel we made a great decision to leave All - State for Progressive. Better , Insurance , Better Rates & Great Customer Service. Thank You So Much . Tom & DeAnne

Getting the policy was not difficult. Threatening to cancel my policy because you think my adult children live in my FL residence when they live a thousand miles away NOT COOL !
